Josh and I love this video and laugh at it every time we watch it! We wish we had this accent.

The First of Many
Wedding season is upon us. The first of the weddings belongs to Lauren (Neal) and Brian Wolford, who got married last Saturday, the 12th. Out of the people getting married between April 12th and June 7th, I have known the bride or groom since the 3rd, 4th, 5th and 7th grade! Lauren takes the 7th grade spot. Lauren and I met when she arrived at Coppell Middle School West and immediately we became friends. She fit right in our crowd wearing a polo, jean shorts, high white socks and K-Swiss. Since then, we've had many great memories and we are all very excited for the Wolford's (and a little jealous that they are baking in the Hawaiian sun).
Next up is tomorrow, Meredith Jeter, who takes the 3rd grade spot.

Jack or Jane?
For Easter dinner, the Womacks and the Pettetts went to the Stefans for some good homemade spaghetti and meatballs. Before dinner, Case gave an Easter basket full of goodies to my mom and I: Reese's egg, Dove chocolates, plastic egg with nothing in it, and a pacifier and onesie! That's right, I'm gonna be an aunt! We were so excited for them and have been waiting for this moment for a VERY long time. They had their first doctor's appt. this morning, and the baby is healthy so I got permission to share the good news. Depending on the sex of the baby the middle name will be either Jack (Jason's middle name, his dad's name) or Jane (Case and my mom's middle name). And what perfect timing for my mom since she is retiring in June! She still doesn't look old enough to be retired or a grandma, but my parents are both very ready for November when the baby comes. Pray for a healthy pregnancy for Case!
Congrats to the Pettetts! I call boy.
I hope the baby doesn't come out with one of these faces:

My Declaration
Ever since the American Idol top 16, I "declared" Jason Castro my favorite, not just because he's an Aggie. But last night was his BEST performance since Hallelujah. I think I've watched it 5 times on Tivo and 3 times on YouTube...Josh laughs at my "obsession" with him, but there's just no one like him this season.

Jamie from the Bronx
I am not sure most people would be excited if they were going on a video shoot in the Bronx, NY, but all I need to hear is New York to get me excited. I was working yesterday and today for a Frito-Lay shoot in the Bronx...my first time in this part of NY. It was all I had imagined it to be. Some of the best lines we got from the outgoing "neighbors:"
-You from the FBI?
-Yo, are you hiring?
-What's the movie about, dog?
-I'm an actress, where can I sign up?!
The most entertaining part of it was when we were in a bodega (small grocery store) and school had just gotten out. The kids were so enthralled by us, but little did they know it wasn't a movie; it was just a training video for Frito-Lay employees.
Of course I couldn't be in the Bronx without going into the city, so Wednesday night, my buddy from CT (who I used to work with at AvreaFoster) met me in Grand Central Station for a good seafood meal. I hadn't seen her in 1 year and 10 days so needless to say it was so good to see her, especially since she was 30 lbs. lighter. Yea Christine! We had a great meal and after she hit the train to go back home, I walked around the city by myself which I highly enjoyed (don't worry Dad, I walked with other groups of people as if I was a friend). Here are some highlights of my night:
